I have come to believe that dancing can make your day worlds better. Whether it is alone in your kitchen or out with your buddies, I am now trying to incorporate it into my everyday life. Need a break from work? Do a little dance. I'm serious. You might feel kinda ridiculous at first but trust me, it does the trick. (and burns a few calories too!) So let's do a little dance for Tuesday. Shake, shake, shake...
